Villa Milonga is a refined property set above Marigot Bay. It combines modern, minimalist interiors with terraces, pool, and a layout that balances shared life and private suites. Originally colonial in inspiration but renovated into a fresh, white-washed aesthetic.

Architecture & Layout
The villa is multi-level, built into the slope so that terraces, living, and bedrooms cascade down toward sea views.
Sliding glass walls and wide windows dissolve interior / exterior boundaries, allowing light and view to permeate.
The terrace is a generous expanse, layered for lounging, dining, pool, hot tub, and connection to nature.
Elements such as a waterfall over rock by the pool add sculptural and natural texture to outdoor life.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (4 ensuite suites)
• Two of the suites are in the main volume, with direct access to the terrace and ocean view.
• A third bedroom connects (interconnects) with one of those, making a family wing ideal for children.
• The fourth suite is on a lower level, with its own terrace and more privacy.
• All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with ensuite bathrooms. Bedding is queen or king; one room offers twin/king flexibility.

Living / Communal Spaces
• The great room (living / dining / lounge) opens via glass walls onto the terrace, making indoor and outdoor life blend.
• The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, linked to dining and terraces for ease of entertaining.
• Interiors tend toward neutral white tones with modern touches, allowing the view to dominate.

Shared Spaces & Outdoors
The main pool is about 16.4 × 16.4 ft, heated, and is complemented by a jacuzzi / hot tub.
The terrace includes lounging areas, sun decks, covered dining under a portico, and seating zones that face the bay.
A waterfall feature over rocks by the pool edge adds visual drama and a natural texture.
The villa is minutes by car from beaches, shops, and amenities; grocery and local conveniences are close.
