Architecture & Layout
The villa occupies a hillside site above the bay, affording panoramic views across Anse des Cayes, St. Jean, and Pointe Milou.
It is arranged as a main house plus attached bungalows, all oriented toward views and sunlight, creating a sense of openness and connection to the sea.
Large glass doors and high ceilings help blur the boundary between interior and terrace; the main living area flows directly to the pool deck.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (4 guestrooms, each ensuite):
• Each room is king-sized, has air conditioning, en suite baths, and private terrace access.
• Some bedrooms are housed in separate bungalows to enhance privacy and separation.
• The primary suite is located downstairs (lower level) from the main living area, offering seclusion and proximity to the pool.
Interiors combine rustic wood touches, whitewashed ceilings, wood or parquet floors, and furnishings that echo island style with upscale comfort.

A heated pool anchors the terrace, set in wood decking overlooking the bay.
The terrace is broad, with areas for sunbathing, lounging, shaded retreats, and superb sea view vantage points.
A notable feature: a Gaiac tree (namesake) stands by the pool, with branches shading a seat beside the water. It was restoring after damage in Hurricane Irma.
