Villa Jade is a landmark estate perched high on the hills above Marigot Bay. It offers a dramatic blend of Asian design, modern luxury, and multi-pavilion layout, making it ideal for large groups seeking both privacy and shared life.

Architecture & Layout
The villa unfolds across multiple pavilions and levels, each aligned with view, garden, or terrace.
Entry is dramatic: a wooden walkway over a lily pond with koi leads to a round glass sliding door that opens into the central great room.
Glass walls and sliding panels dissolve boundaries between inside and terrace, allowing the villa to breathe toward sea and sky.
The terrace runs along the frontage of the main living zone, linking pool, lounging, and dining zones seamlessly.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (8 suites)
• Five bedrooms reside in private pavilions, each with terraces and ocean view.
• Three bedrooms are part of a family wing in the main house.
• Two bedrooms are designed for children (queen beds) and share a bathroom.
• The eighth suite (often for staff / teenage guests) is in a lower bungalow.
• All suites are air-conditioned and en suite; many include indoor + outdoor showers, private terraces, and themed décor.

Living / Communal Spaces
• The great room forms the heart, open plan living, dining, and kitchen, fully air-conditioned and opening to the terrace.
