Architecture & Layout
The villa is organized across two levels on the hillside: the main (upper) level holds communal areas and three suites; a lower “garden level” houses the remaining four bedrooms.
The design emphasizes transparency: floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding panels bring constant light and sea vistas into living areas.
A dramatic stone / central staircase links the two levels, giving structure to both flow and views.
The central terrace with infinity pool is the visual and social heart. All major rooms orient toward it and the sea beyond.
