The villa is spread across two main levels, designed to embrace sea and sky through wide glass walls and open terraces.
The upper level contains the main living spaces: a luminous great room, open kitchen, and outdoor terrace facing the bay.
Bedrooms are divided between the main level and a lower floor, allowing both privacy and connection.
Every space flows toward the view, with interiors bathed in natural light and framed by sea and sky.
