Architecture & Layout
The villa is built over three levels to accommodate hillside geometry, with pavilions and terraces connected by stairs and courtyards.
The main level is the heart: living / dining / kitchen zone under vaulted ceilings and large glass doors opening to terrace and view.
The design features a series of connected structures (pavilions) to balance privacy, light, and flow
A fifth bedroom is housed in a separate bungalow / studio above the main structure, offering extra autonomy.
