The villa is arranged as a cluster of independent bungalows set around terraces and gardens, each with its own connection to view, pool, and privacy.
The central terrace and infinity pool act as the heart of the property, bridging bungalows and view life.
Interiors are light, open, and designed to let natural light and sea views penetrate deeply.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (4 ensuite suites)
• The primary suite is housed in a separate bungalow offering privacy, its own terrace, and large views.
• The other three bedrooms are likewise in their own cottage structures, each opening to pool or garden views and having en-suite baths.
• Beds may be king or twin (configurable) depending on room; all rooms feature AC, ceiling fans, and private terraces.
Living & Communal Spaces
• The living/dining/kitchen space is open plan, connected to terrace flow, and includes bar, TV / stereo systems, and lounge seating.
• The kitchen is high end, with an option to close it off for catered dinners or open it for casual flow.

Outdoor & Pool
The infinity pool (≈ 28 m) fronts the terrace, offering visual continuity with the horizon.
Terrace zones include shaded lounge under pergola, sun decks, dining areas, and pathways through tropical gardens.
Bungalows are stepped across the hill slope, preserving views and a sense of seclusion.
