Villa Greenheart (villa code “GRN”) is a sleek, recently built 3-bedroom villa located directly on Anse des Cayes, offering a blend of modern comfort, natural materials, and a light, airy aesthetic.
It is one half of a twin villa setup (paired with Villa Prana next door), allowing it to be rented independently or jointly for larger groups.

Architecture & Layout
Built in clean lines, with natural wood accents, glass walls, and an emphasis on horizontal continuity to align with the beach and horizon.
The house faces the beach, with terrace and pool immediately adjacent; although the shoreline is not always ideal for swimming, it’s perfect for walking, sunbathing, and seaside connection.
The living / dining / kitchen zone is open, with vaulted ceilings, and opens widely toward the terrace and pool.

Bedrooms (3 ensuite suites)
• Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, and the third is set up with twin beds that can convert to king.
• Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with rain-head shower.
• One bedroom faces the sea from the front, another faces the patio, and the third is placed more privately on a lower level.

• The great room features a plush sectional sofa, entertainment setup (HDTV, Satellite, Sonos), and opens to the terrace.
