The great room sits on the main level, connecting living, dining, and kitchen under one vaulted or open span. It opens to a covered terrace that frames the views.
One bedroom lies on a lower level, accessed by stairs, offering separation and quiet.
Landscaping and natural plantings envelop the villa, softening edges and enhancing privacy while preserving sea vistas.

Bedrooms (3 ensuite rooms)
• Two bedrooms on the main level, each with a king bed, en suite bathroom, air-conditioning, screens, and views to sea and hillside.
• The third bedroom (queen) is on the lower level, with its own en suite bath and views.
Interiors favor simplicity and ease: white sofas in the living area, open floor plan, glass sliding doors; a well-equipped granite kitchen that integrates with social space.
Custom woodwork (exotic imbuia wood) in cabinetry and trim provides warmth and character.
