Located on the hillside of Vitet, the villa captures views over Marigot Bay, Frégate, Bonhomme, and the surrounding hills.
It is built across levels: living / terrace / pool area, plus upper and lower bedroom wings ensure both connection and separation.
The terrace, pool, and living areas are designed for indoor/outdoor flow, sliding doors, covered dining zones, and generous decking.

Bedrooms (3 ensuite bedrooms):
• Each bedroom is air-conditioned, has private access to terraces or ocean-view decks, and features en suite bathrooms.
