Multi-Level Design: Spread over three levels. Main floor includes living, dining, kitchen, and the first primary suite with ocean views. Upper level hosts the second primary and a children’s room. The fourth bedroom was recently added below pool level for quieter seclusion.
Style & Finishes: Interiors mix dark wood with white fabrics, contemporary furniture, lots of glass and sliding doors so almost every room and living space captures the view.

Bedrooms (4): primary Suite (Main Level): King bed, ensuite bath, direct or near terrace/pool access, sea view.
Second primary (Upper Level): King bed, ensuite, sea views
Children’s Room: Three twin beds, ensuite, sea view. Can sometimes be reconfigured.
Fourth Bedroom: Added recently, located below pool-level for quieter ambience, with its own ensuite.
Living Areas: Spacious, open plan living / dining / kitchen areas. Sliding glass doors open to terraces; teak decking; comfortable indoor seating with views everywhere.

Outdoor & Social Spaces
Pool & Terrace: Private pool, large teak terrace, outdoor seating and lounging, shaded areas for relaxation.
Outdoor Dining & BBQ: Terrace includes outdoor dining area; there is a gazebo or shaded lounge; gas BBQ for evening meals.
