Architecture & Layout
The main volume runs along the hillside, with a hardwood deck and terraces along its length.
Sliding glass walls allow the lounge and master suite to open directly to deck and sea view or close for air-conditioned privacy.
The villa occupies two levels: the upper level houses the living room and master bedroom, while a lower level contains the second suite.
Simplicity of form and purity of material highlight the relationship between architecture and view.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (2 ensuite suites)
• The master suite is on the main level, with a Euro-king bed, built dressing area, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower.
• The second bedroom is on a lower level, accessed via an external staircase, with twin beds (convertible to king) and its own ensuite with rain shower.

Living / Communal Spaces
• The living / dining / lounge room opens via sliding doors to the deck, offering indoor/outdoor fluidity.
• The kitchen is compact but efficient, gas range, modern appliances, Nespresso, storage, designed for ease rather than extravagance.
• Interiors are restrained and elegant: white walls, natural wood, minimal fuss, letting the view take center stage.

Shared Spaces & Outdoors
A plunge pool lies along the deck, aligned toward the bay, wide enough for cool dips and visual drama.
The hardwood deck is furnished with sunbeds, outdoor dining table, and seating under shade, making it the villa’s social heart.
The garden and plantings frame the edges, offering privacy, soft edges, and connection to nature.
The villa is within walking distance to the beach at Marigot, providing access to calm waters for swimming or snorkeling.
