Villa Sea Bird is a refined three-bedroom villa within the exclusive Mont-Jean enclave. It accommodates up to 6 guests and offers dramatic eastern and western views, generous living spaces, and privacy via split bedroom layout.

Architecture & Layout
Set in a gated hillside setting, the villa is oriented to capture panoramic sea lines.
The main “great room” combines living, dining, kitchen, and office zones under vaulted ceilings, with sliding walls opening to both sides of the terrace.
The two guest bedrooms sit in a separate cottage a few steps below, granting privacy while maintaining view connection.

The pool terrace is central: sun loungers, shaded lounging zones, and dual outdoor dining areas face east and west.
Two Jacuzzis: one integrated with the pool terrace and another garden-level jacuzzi.
Covered lounge and pergola areas, garden paths, and tropical plantings wrap the villa, softening edges and offering quiet alcoves.

Pool & Outdoors
The heated pool faces the ocean, edged by deck and loungers.
Garden terraces descend from pool level, leading to a lower garden with Jacuzzi and private green pockets.
The outdoor dining gazebo opens to the sea breeze and features a gas grill.
