Architecture & Layout
Villa Sasha spans three levels:
Lowest level for parking / garage.
Middle/main living level houses the living room, kitchen, terrace, pool deck. Glass-walls open onto deck.
Upper level holds two bedrooms, each with private terraces and ocean views.
Natural materials, wood, stone, paired with clean modern lines and furnishings. Interiors are air-conditioned, bright, and framed by windows which make “view” an element in nearly every room.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (3 ensuite King-size suites): Bedroom 1 (Main level): King bed, direct pool-deck access.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 (Upper level): Each with king bed, private terraces, ocean and hillside views.
Interiors include modern bathrooms (ensuite), comfortable lounge seating in living rooms, well-appointed kitchen with high end appliances. Quiet elegance but inviting warmth.

Shared Social Spaces
The living / kitchen area flows out to the pool terrace. A wooden deck surrounds the heated pool, with loungers for sunbathing. Outdoor dining table and barbecue area make evenings under the stars especially charming. There’s also a partly covered outdoor lounge to retreat from sun or rain.

Pool & Outdoors
Heated pool on the main living terrace, edged with sun loungers and wooden deck. The pool seems to merge with the sea in the distance. Gardens and tropical vegetation surround, adding privacy. Outdoor dining and barbeque available.
