The villa is arranged over multiple levels: a main building with two primary suites, plus independent bungalows, one above and one below, offering privacy and variety in the guest experience.
Living, dining, and kitchen spaced around terrace and pool, with large sliding/arched glass doors to emphasize indoor-outdoor flow. Vaulted ceilings in main rooms.
The décor is modern, with a palette of grays, white, black accents; designer contrasts; attention to materials, furnishings and light.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (4 ensuite bedrooms):
• Two primary-style bedrooms on the main building opening onto the terrace/pool deck with ocean views.
• One bungalow bedroom above the main level with private entrance, terrace, views.
• One more bedroom in a lower bungalow, more private, perhaps quieter (suitable for teens/staff in descriptions).
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, en-suite bathrooms, well-appointed with quality beds and linens. Some offer terrace or garden views.

Shared Social Spaces
A large open-plan living area / kitchen that opens onto terrace and pool, allowing for seamless entertaining or relaxed lounging with a view. Covered outdoor dining for al fresco meals.
Infinity pool running along the terrace; sun loungers, daybeds, shady lounge zones.
