Villa Plumeria’s House is a romantic and refined hideaway perched at the water’s edge of Marigot. Designed by Christian Liaigre, it blends Caribbean ease with high design in a space ideally suited for couples or honeymooners.

Architecture & Layout
The villa is compact and efficient, with two levels: the living areas and terrace level, and the bedroom suite above or integrated with terrace flow.
Natural stone clads the lap pool edge, which drops off the wooden deck and aligns toward the bay.
The living room, kitchen, and bedroom flow out to the terrace and pool, with wide terraces that serve as both indoor/outdoor zones
Gardens buffer the ocean side to maintain privacy while still giving open views of the water.

• The primary suite features a king four-poster bed with light, breezy fabrics and hardwood floors.

The lap pool (approx. 9.8 × 29.5 ft) runs along the terrace edge, seeming to float above Marigot Bay.

The beach lies just steps away from the villa terrace, Marigot Beach is nearly at the doorstep, with foliage for modest privacy.
