Villa Plein Ciel is a refined and open-plan villa perched on the crest above Marigot. Its architecture draws from Asian, Chinese, and African styles while staying deeply anchored in its Caribbean context. The result is a luminous residence where design, view, and comfort converge.

Architecture & Layout
The villa is single-level, so that every room flows directly to terraces and view.
Glass walls and sliding doors dissolve the boundary between living spaces and terraces, letting light and air sweep through.
The terraces wrap around the pool, offering multiple shaded and sunlit zones, pergola dining, and lounging with visual access to sea and horizon.
Entry is via a steep driveway.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (3 ensuite suites)
• The primary suite has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and opens to a private deck featuring a Jacuzzi embedded into rock.
• The second and third bedrooms can be arranged with king or twin beds (twin configuration for flexibility) and share a bathroom.
• Each bedroom features air conditioning, TV, screens, and natural light framing sea views.
Living / Communal Spaces
• The great room is bright and open, with rattan sofas, teak furnishings, high ceilings, and large glazing toward pool and sea.
• The dining area seats eight under a pergola over terrace for al fresco dining.
• The kitchen is modern, with wood & glass cabinetry, stainless steel fixtures, granite surfaces, and a bar dividing from dining.

Shared Spaces & Outdoors
The pool is approximately 12 meters long, with steps, a sitting ledge along its length, and teak chaise lounges on terrace.
The terrace includes shaded lounge zones, deck seating, and pergola dining facing ocean horizon.
Gardens around the villa provide soft edges, privacy, and framing of the bay and islands.
