Villa Palm House is a distinctive property designed to be in harmony with its surroundings. It is located near the water in Anse des Lézards (on the Anse des Cayes side), just minutes from Gustavia and local amenities.

Architecture & Layout
The villa is composed of separate pavilions / bungalows grouped around a central pool, creating a sense of indoor-outdoor layering.
Its design is eco-conscious, preserving existing latanier palms and integrating natural materials, light, and color.
Rooms are accessed externally (each bungalow is accessed from the garden), which offers privacy but may be less ideal for families with small children

• Each bedroom is housed in its own pavilion or bungalow, with twin beds convertible to Euro-king (or equivalent) arrangements.
• Each suite has air-conditioning, private terraces, and ensuite bathrooms.

• The living area is housed in a pavilion with warm wood ceilings and open flow, connecting to terraces.
• The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to a covered outdoor dining area and has a pass-through to terrace spaces.

A small pool sits centrally, flanked by sun loungers and shade in the garden.

The villa is just steps from the ocean and close to good surf spots, with walk or short drive access to sandy beaches like Anse des Cayes.
