Villa Oceana is a beautifully composed two-bedroom villa perched on the heights of Devé (Vitet). Designed for couples or small groups (max 4 guests), it blends Creole architectural touches (separate bungalows, wooden terraces) with modern comforts, offering privacy, ocean views, and a relaxed yet elevated pace of living.

Architecture & Layout
The villa consists of three small buildings (bungalows): one main pavilion housing the living / kitchen / dining / office; two separate bungalow units each containing a bedroom and en suite bathroom.
Built into a hillside in Devé, the layout is such that each bungalow is somewhat private, terraces are oriented toward the ocean / Toiny Bay view.
The living area (in the main building) opens onto a wood-terrace, pool deck, and includes indoor dining with bay windows to capture the view.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (2 ensuites): Each bungalow has a king-size bed (queen / king style), air conditioning, private bathroom (shower), private terraces with ocean/sea views.
Interiors are bright and relaxed: comfortable sofas, dining areas with seating for around 6 guests, kitchen well equipped. High mansard ceilings / pitched ceilings in the main building add a sense of space

Shared Social Spaces
Outdoor terrace with sun loungers, pool facing the sea; shaded areas under an ajoupa; barbecue available.
Indoor living / dining is comfortably furnished, with large windows and bay view; indoor/outdoor flow prominent.

Pool & Outdoors
Private pool overhanging the hillside with views; sun deck with chairs; terrace is wooden-floored in places.
Each bedroom bungalow has its own terrace; garden / vegetation provides privacy between buildings; views toward Toiny.
