The property spans multiple levels to work with the slope; terraces and the infinity pool stretch along the front façade to maximize the horizon.

Bedrooms (6 ensuite suites)
• Four of the suites are on the main level, opening to the terrace and views.
• Two additional suites lie on a lower level, accessible by staircase or private elevator, each with its own privacy and sea perspective.
• Each bedroom is air-conditioned, with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Living & Communal Spaces
• The central great room merges living, dining, and kitchen, opening fully to the terrace to let sea, light, and garden flow in.
• The kitchen is a professional layout with a central island (black lava stone is noted in some descriptions), wine cellar, cold storage, and high-end finishes.

Shared Spaces & Outdoors
The heated infinity pool spans the width of the terrace, visually merging with the ocean horizon beyond.
A wide terrace contains lounging zones, sun deck, covered outdoor living, and dining under veranda with panoramic bay views.
