Villa Mayflower is a newly renovated, luminous villa perched on the Marigot hillside. Inspired by travel and heritage, it blends Caribbean architecture, tropical gardens, and airy interiors to create an environment of refined ease.

Architecture & Layout
The villa is built across two levels: the upper level houses two suites flanking the living hub, while the third suite sits on a lower (ground) level with its own independent entrance.
Its plan is open: living, dining, and kitchen flow directly to terrace spaces, with sliding walls on two sides to let in sea light and breezes.
The structure is enriched with natural materials, wood, stone, linen, and pastel tones, drawing from French, island, and antique influences.
The half-acre lot is evolving into a lush tropical garden that softens architectural edges and enhances privacy.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (3 ensuite suites)
• Two suites on the upper level both have king four-poster beds (with nets) and open toward the view
• The third suite is on the lower level, with a European king bed, its own entrance, and direct garden / terrace access.
• Each bedroom, as well as its bathroom, is oriented to sea views and fitted with air conditioning, screened windows, and en-suite amenities.

Living / Communal Spaces
• The great room, a unified living / dining / kitchen, opens outward via glass doors toward the pool terrace.
• The kitchen is fully equipped, and a key feature is a reverse-osmosis water purification system (eliminating reliance on plastic bottles).
• Interiors take a light, airy approach: pastel colors, warm wood, stone accents, and furnishings that blend antique and modern.

Shared Social Spaces
The terrace fronts the villa and includes a heated pool, sun loungers, a covered dining area (for six, extendable to ten), a gas grill, and a shaded gazebo.
Each bedroom has a private outdoor corner or terrace for quiet moments.
The garden wraps the property, offering green buffers and framing the architecture without disrupting views.
