Villa Maracuja is a graceful, light-filled villa perched high in Vitet. Designed over two levels, it blends Caribbean openness with touches of Asian decor and colonial flair. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in three ensuite bedrooms and balances privacy, shared spaces, and lush garden settings.

Architecture & Layout
Constructed on the slope of Vitet, the villa is oriented to capture light, view, and airflow.
The main living level opens directly to the terrace and pool; the lower level holds a garden suite and fitness/gym room.
A tropical garden of palms, bougainvillea, and lush greenery wraps the home, softening its edges and creating a private oasis.
Architecture marries colonial symmetry, vaulted ceilings, and Asian-inspired accents red walls, natural woods, open volumes.
