Villa Mamiami is a luminous, thoughtfully designed villa in Vitet with three private pavilions, open living volumes, and eye-catching sea vistas. It’s created to feel both intimate and expansive ideal for families or couples seeking privacy, sophistication, and a strong connection to nature.

Architecture & Layout
The villa is built into the hillside of Vitet, oriented to face the Atlantic and take advantage of cross breezes and light.
The design is island-inspired yet refined: creamy whites, pale woods, soft pastel accents, and natural materials that echo surrounding greenery.
Spaces are organized into independent pavilions (bedrooms), with a central great room / living pavilion bridging indoor and outdoor life.
Terraced gardens, palms, local plantings dress around decks and steps to soften transitions and frame views.

• Adjoining is a dining area and kitchen stylish, open, and functional slightly elevated relative to the lounge

Shared Social Spaces
Living, dining, and terrace zones flow into one another: glass doors slide open, and furniture is placed for optimal view orientation.
A covered terrace hosts an outdoor dining area and BBQ, shaded but visually tied to the horizon.
Lounging and sun-deck areas flank the pool, with seating positioned to both soak sun and pause in shade as desired.

A heated infinity pool lies at the terrace edge, making the horizon appear to continue into the water.
