The entrance path descends through terraced gardens of palms and ixora before arriving at the grand triple-arched doors opening into the main living hall.
Arched openings and tall ceilings create a Mediterranean aesthetic, infusing space with light and breeze.
Spaces flow: from living to terrace to pool to garden; lawns and palms replace rigid decking in many places, softening edges.
The third bedroom is slightly set apart (a few steps up from the courtyard) to permit privacy and separation.

• The kitchen is commodious and efficient; it sits a short step (≈ 6 steps) from living, allowing easy flow between cooking and gathering.

• Additional amenities: media / TV room, fitness room, office.

The terrace and solar-heated pool are focal social zones, aligned with ocean panorama and garden edge.
