Guests enter through a stately golden gate, then ascend via a winding staircase or elevator, that encircles a preserved tree, to reach the vaulted living pavilion. Designed across three pavilion-like structures, Larimar unfolds across levels that gradually descend toward the turquoise lagoon.

Larimar offers four air-conditioned king-bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, with one featuring an outdoor shower. Interiors are softly sophisticated, melding taupe, wood, and stone tones with high-end touches like home automation, Sonos sound, Apple TV, and panoramic lagoon views.

Shared Social Spaces
The open-plan living room unfurls into a covered terrace, where a lounge, al-fresco dining table for ten, and a second cozy nook invite extended gatherings. A sleek breakfast bar and wine cellar connect to the chef’s kitchen. Artful mirror accents and plush seating heighten the serene ambiance.

Pool & Outdoors
