Villa La Roche dans l’Eau (aka “La Roche dans l’eau”) is a contemporary, artfully designed villa located in the Grand Fond / Toiny area. It fuses clean, stylish interiors with bold outdoor features, giving guests both seclusion and dramatic sea perspectives.

Architecture & Layout
The pool is designed to evoke a “rock in the water”, a sculpted form that integrates a natural rock into the pool’s edge and architecture.
The villa is built over two levels: the main floor houses communal and two of the bedrooms; an upper level (attic / vaulted) hosts the third, more private bedroom.
Sliding glass walls and terraces merge interior and exterior, making the sea view a constant.
Outdoor terraces wrap around the property, including covered and shaded zones for lounging and dining.

• Two bedrooms are on the main floor, each with direct terrace / pool access.
• The third is on an upper level (via outdoor staircase), vaulted ceiling, with its own ensuite.

• The living / dining / kitchen area is open plan, air-conditioned, and flows directly to the terrace

The heated pool (seasonal heating) mirrors natural pools, has graduated depth, and incorporates rock elements
