Architecture & Layout
Built to emphasize its hilltop perch, with the main living area around the terrace and pool, and two queen-bedroom suites each opening directly onto outdoor space.
Features both covered and sunny terrace seating, lounging, and dining zones. A small pool (sometimes called a “petite swimming pool”) complements the terrace for relaxing in water while taking in the views.
Interiors are simple and coastal in style: light, airy, with minimal fuss. A stone breakfast bar divides kitchen from living; living room is air-conditioned; glass / sliding doors maximize light and vistas.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (2 ensuite bedrooms): Both with queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, safe, televisions (Apple TV / HDTV), en-suite bathrooms. Each opens onto the terrace.
Bathrooms are comfortable and modern (showers, good finishes); the second bedroom’s bathroom is “adjacent” or ensuite (depending on exact layout) and equally well appointed.

Shared Social Spaces
Living / kitchen / dining flow together, with the kitchen having all essential modern appliances, a breakfast bar, plus views. Indoor-outdoor living is prioritized via doors that open to terrace.
Modest but functional common spaces: lounge with TV and sound system, open floor plan that keeps things relaxed and connected.

Pool & Outdoors
A small pool (often described as “petite”) on the terrace, with sun-deck and seating; terrace is large enough for sun loungers, shaded areas, and outdoor dining.
Terrace is thoughtfully planned: plenty of sun, shade, vistas. Garden or grounds modest but well maintained, enough privacy and space for solitude.
