Villa Kyody is a character-filled two-bedroom hideaway overlooking the bays of Marigot and Grand Cul-de-Sac. Originally designed in a South-American hacienda style and recently refreshed, it offers privacy, open air, and a sense of timeless Caribbean charm.

Architecture & Layout
Built on two levels, the villa’s arched architecture creates fluid movement between light and shade.
The main floor hosts the living room, dining area, kitchen, and one bedroom; a second suite is located upstairs with its own private terrace.
Terraces and an ajoupa (thatched pavilion) extend outward toward the view, framed by gardens and tropical color.
Vaulted ceilings, whitewashed beams, and coral-stone floors maintain the cool tranquility of the interior.
