Villa Jali is a contemporary, well-designed villa built on two levels above Anse des Lézards in the broader Anse des Cayes district.
It balances solitude with connectivity: quiet hillside life, yet just minutes by car to Gustavia, St-Jean, and nearby beaches and restaurants.

Architecture & Layout
Designed in a minimalist, modern idiom, the villa uses polished concrete floors, clean lines, and neutral tones to amplify light and calmness.
The great room (living / dining / kitchen) sits on the upper level, with sliding walls opening onto the terrace facing sea views.
Two of the bedrooms are housed in independent pavilion wings, one next to the living area, another set lower, providing privacy and separation.
Below the main structure is a fitness / gym room under the villa, dual-purpose as office or workout space.

• Two bedrooms feature twin beds convertible to king to suit guests/couples.
• The third (Primary) bedroom is in Euro-king / king configuration, with terrace access.
• All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with ensuite bathrooms, safe, and HD TV or equivalent.
• The layout gives good separation and privacy among guest quarters.
Living / Communal Spaces
• The living/dining space flows into the terrace via sliding doors, emphasizing indoor-outdoor living.

The heated pool fronts the terrace and captures the sea horizon, framed by loungers and deck space.
The terrace includes shaded zones, an al fresco dining table (marble) seating up to eight, and a lounge area.
Tropical plantings (palm, shrubs, flowers) surround the decks and soften edges without obstructing views.
The villa is a short drive from Anse des Cayes beach and can even be rented together with Eranos and Pelican for larger group stays.
