Villa Jali is a contemporary, well-designed villa built on two levels above Anse des Lézards in the broader Anse des Cayes district.
It balances solitude with connectivity: quiet hillside life, yet just minutes by car to Gustavia, St-Jean, and nearby beaches and restaurants.
Architecture & Layout
Designed in a minimalist, modern idiom, the villa uses polished concrete floors, clean lines, and neutral tones to amplify light and calmness.
The great room (living / dining / kitchen) sits on the upper level, with sliding walls opening onto the terrace facing sea views.
Two of the bedrooms are housed in independent pavilion wings, one next to the living area, another set lower, providing privacy and separation.
Below the main structure is a fitness / gym room under the villa, dual-purpose as office or workout space.
