Three-Level Design: Spread over three cliffside levels: main living level with kitchen and dining opening onto the primary pool terrace; upper level with grand views; lower level with two bedrooms and a second smaller pool.
Indoor–Outdoor Flow: Large living room at terrace back, HD screen lounge, shaded dining, and seamless transitions between kitchen, porch, and outdoor terraces.

– Main floor suite with king bed, direct pool / terrace access, en-suite bath.
– Upper level suite with panoramic views.
– Two lower level bedrooms near the second heated pool; one of these has convertible setup (king ↔ twins).
– All suites are air-conditioned, with sea views and en-suite bathrooms.
Living Areas: Expansive lounge, indoor dining for large groups (wood raw-wood table for 12 in some sources), fully equipped kitchen, and a secondary lounge for movie nights and relaxed evenings.

Outdoor & Social Spaces
Pools & Terrace: Two heated infinity pools: a large primary pool on the main terrace, loungers, shaded dining & lounging. A smaller pool on the lower level in lush vegetation.
Views & Sunsets: Panoramic vista over Corossol Bay and Gustavia Harbor, ideal vantage points for both sunrise and sunset.
Outdoor Dining & Barbecue: Barbecue area, parasols, and color-accented chairs under umbrellas, perfect for informal meals with sea air.
