Architecture & Layout
This villa is built across two levels. The upper/main level houses two bedrooms (on either side of the living room), the open-plan living room, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living space opens onto a covered terrace, dining, and pool terrace. The lower level contains the other two bedrooms, both overlooking the pool and terraces.
The architecture mixes colonial charm (high whitewashed vaulted ceilings, cozy verandas, airy living areas) with clean modern amenities. The garden setting is leafy and private, optimizing views of both Corossol Bay and Gustavia Harbor.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (4 ensuite bedrooms):
Three of the bedrooms have king-size four-poster beds.
The fourth features twin canopy beds that can be converted to a king.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms, and private terraces with either ocean or garden views. Two bedrooms are upstairs (upper/main level), two are on the lower level facing the pool.
Living & Kitchen Area:
A spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings; large openings to let in views and trade winds. The kitchen is well-equipped, includes a breakfast bar, and is adjacent to indoor/outdoor flow toward the terrace.

Shared Social Spaces
The terrace off the living room provides both covered and open areas for dining, lounging, and enjoying the views. The pool terrace is surrounded by sun loungers and a day-bed, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing. Garden surrounds add privacy and ambiance.

Pool & Outdoors
There is a private pool with a generous terrace and deck chairs, song-bird privacy, and sunset vantage. The terrace overlooks both Corossol Bay and Gustavia’s entrance. A private footpath gives direct access to Corossol Beach.
