Villa Eden House is a striking 3-bedroom villa built into the hillside above Marigot Bay, offering modern design, dual bay and ocean perspectives, and direct water access. It is ideal for groups (three couples or families) who seek both privacy and connectivity, elegance and ease.

Architecture & Layout
Eden House is constructed on two levels, stepping down toward the water, with internal and external stairs connecting living and bedroom pavilions.
The property features a private “artificial beach / landing” and a jetty that leads into the sea, making it one of the few villas on St. Barts with direct ocean access.
The main living pavilion spans interior to exterior: glass walls, sliding doors, shaded terraces with sails, and open circulation.
The three bedrooms are distributed: one on the main level (garden side) and two upstairs (sea-facing) with their own terraces.

• Lower-level bedroom: more private, overlooks garden and terrace, opens to patio, en suite bath.

The open kitchen, dining, and living areas are unified in one pavilion. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances.

The large living / dining / kitchen pavilion faces the sea, with glass walls and wide openings connecting to terraces.
Indoor and outdoor dining zones under shade sails allow meals with breeze and view.
The terrace includes lounge seating, sunbeds, shaded social areas, and shaded deck zones for repose.

Pool & Outdoors
A long infinity-edge pool fronts the sea side, blending visually with the horizon.
The terrace and pool deck are arranged for sun and shade, with comfortable seating and direct connection to living zones.
A descending path and steps guide you to the private landing / pontoon giving access to snorkel or swim.
Gardens, palms, and plantings frame the villa without obscuring the sea view.
