Architecture & Layout
One-Level Design with Vaulted Ceilings: The villa is built on a single level (some sources say “on one level”) with high, vaulted white ceilings in the living areas to add spaciousness.
Open Living & Terrace Flow: Living room and kitchen open through large glass / sliding doors onto the terrace. Outdoor dining, covered seating, and pool area are all terrace-adjacent, inviting both sun and shade.

Bedrooms (2 Ensuite Bedrooms):
• Bedroom 1: King-size bed, sea views, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, direct or terrace access
