Villa Cosmos (Cosmos) is a modern, four-bedroom villa set in the private Mont-Jean domain, crafted for comfort, light, and view immersion. The villa sleeps up to 8 guests across its multiple levels and separate bungalows.

Architecture & Layout
Cosmos is arranged over three levels, with public zones centered and bedrooms in separate bungalows or levels to ensure privacy.
The front terrace lies below the main level (via exterior stairs), hosting a long, narrow heated swimming pool that commands the ocean view.
Large sliding windows, glass walls, and open transitions knit indoor and outdoor spaces fluidly.
Lush, tropical gardens wrap the villa, softening geometry and isolating each wing.

Bedrooms (4 ensuite suites)
Three suites reside on the upper level, each with King beds, A/C, en suite baths, and private terraces.
The primary/ lower-level suite lies adjacent to the pool terrace, offering direct access, a private lounge, and sea views.
One bedroom is flex-configured: twin beds or king.

• The main living room is divided into lounge and dining zones, with large windows facing sea.
• A fully equipped, modern kitchen adjoins dining spaces and outdoor flow.
• A library / office space sits adjacent, offering quiet retreat or reading nook.

The pool terrace is central: loungers, soft seating, and direct visual focus on sea.
A secondary deck near the office offers an intimate outdoor lounging or star-watching corner.
A counterpart terrace on the “other side” of the villa gives alternate lounge zones.

Pool & Outdoors
The heated, elongated pool sits front and central, oriented to ocean horizon.
Decking and terraces flank the pool, interspersed with tropical plantings and garden edges.
Stairways connect terraces to the lower “ocean edge” and garden zones.
