Architecture & Layout
Built across several levels, the villa descends the slope to maximize sea views and natural light.
The ocean-facing side is almost entirely glass, offering panoramic water views from most interior spaces.
On the main level, you’ll find living, dining, kitchen, fitness and massage rooms, while two descending stairwells lead to lower-bedroom wings and entertainment spaces.
Outdoor terraces and decking wrap the house, creating seamless indoor-outdoor circulation.

• Two bedrooms sit on the top level; one of them includes a small attached kids’ room with bunk beds.
• The other four are on the lower levels, each with private terraces and full en suite bathrooms.
