Originally designed as authentic St. Barth “cases,” the property has been beautifully redesigned to preserve its architectural heritage while incorporating modern comforts. The result is a harmonious layout of freestanding pavilions connected by a spacious terrace, shaded pergolas, and lush gardens, all centered around a heated pool.

Suites & Interiors
Each of the four ensuite bedrooms occupies its own bungalow for maximum privacy:
Three feature king-size beds, private patios, TVs, safes, and full ensuite baths.
One smaller suite is ideal for children or staff, with a lower bathroom ceiling.
Decor blends natural wood, stone, and linen in calm earthy tones, enhanced by a curated collection of art and design objects.

Shared Social Spaces
The central living area is airy and light-filled, with oversized sofas, a dining table for ten, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. The adjacent modern kitchen overlooks the villa’s lush surroundings. A shaded outdoor lounge, sunken deck, and alfresco dining under a covered terrace all create perfect gathering spots.

Pool & Outdoors
The sun-warmed deck wraps around a generous heated infinity-edge pool. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and garden perimeter create inviting spaces for relaxation, no matter the hour. Subtle nooks and shaded pergolas provide comfortable privacy throughout.
