Architecture & Layout
Pavilions & Multi-Level Design: The villa comprises two main buildings. One building holds the primary living room and two bedrooms (one on the main floor, one lower), the other holds the kitchen and the remaining two bedrooms. These are connected by a large, covered terrace area serving as outdoor dining and lounge space.
Modern, Minimalist Style: Interiors use a neutral, soothing palette of whites, creams, beiges; wide glass sliding doors allow views to dominate; emphasis on light, openness, and clean finishes.

Bedrooms (4): All four are similarly spacious, each with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with rain-head shower.
Bedroom distribution: two bedrooms in one pavilion (one on main floor, one below), and two in the second building.
