Designed with modern, geometric lines that feel sleek yet welcoming; the décor balances crisp whites with black accents, cube shapes, floating beds, and dramatic design touches that never feel cold.
The property consists of five ensuite bedrooms in separate bungalows: three main level, two lower level. One primary suite occupies its own bungalow apart from the main house. The other four are in the main house (or in linked/separate pavilions) with excellent sea views from all rooms.
Shared social spaces include a striking living room with large glass openings onto the pool terrace, an oversized gourmet kitchen with large island, and gracious indoor-outdoor flow. A fitness room overlooks ocean & greenery.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (5 ensuite bedrooms): All air-conditioned; king beds; en-suite bathrooms (with rain showers, bathtubs in some cases); private terraces and sea views.
One primary suite is more private (in a separate bungalow) with its own outdoor lounge / garden area. The other four are arranged to give both privacy and connection, some with connecting suites (e.g. for families or kids) and their own terraces.

Shared Social Spaces
The kitchen & dining area seats up to 10, with views; large glass walls allow indoor-outdoor living; suspended day-bed and floating banquette are design focal points linking the living to pool and terrace.
The 28-meter heated infinity pool is the central outdoor gathering hub, with sun loungers, shaded areas, wooden / stone decks, and a floating day bed or gazebo‐style resting bed over the pool.
