Architecture & Layout
Villa Avenstar is carved into the Camaruche hillside overlooking Lorient Bay, organized across three levels to embrace height, views, and light.
The design emphasizes indoor-outdoor flow: hideaway sliding-glass doors, terraces on multiple levels, and clean modern volumes that respond to terrain.
Outdoor terraces cascade, with a main terrace pool that overflows into a smaller lower-level pool, creating a visual and spatial cascade.

Suites & Interiors
Bedrooms (5 ensuite suites + optional 6th)
• The primary suite sits above the main level, with its own private terrace and panoramic ocean views.
• One bedroom is located on the main terrace level, opening to the pool and terrace.
• The remaining three bedrooms lie on the lower level, adjacent to the smaller pool; one of them can be set as twin beds for children.
• All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with HD / satellite TV, safe, and ensuite baths
• A sixth suite / room (suitable for a nanny or chef) is available upon request.
Living / Communal Spaces
• On the main level, the open living area, dining zone, and gourmet kitchen are integrated and open via sliding panels to the terrace
• A shaded bar, BBQ, and secondary shaded lounge zones support outdoor entertaining.
• Interiors lean modern: neutral palette (white, gray), indirect lighting, minimal lines, and furnishings that accentuate view rather than compete with it.

Outdoor & Pool
The main heated infinity pool runs along the terrace, with sunbeds positioned toward the sea.
From the main pool, water cascades into a lower-level pool / children’s pool via a waterfall feature
The outdoor layout includes shaded lounges, terraces, and walkways connecting levels.
A mini putting green is an added feature for leisurely play.
