While many sources list 3 bedrooms as the primary configuration, others allow expansion to 4 bedrooms by including a nearby cottage (Villa Alphane).

Architecture & Layout
The villa is built along sloping terrain so that most public and private rooms carry sea views.
The pool is semi-circular, tucked into garden landscaping, offering both privacy and visual drama.

A path or steps lead down toward the sea or garden edge, giving optional access for swimming / snorkeling.
