Terms and conditions 

This Agreement becomes legally binding upon the earlier of:

• • Your written signature, or
• • Receipt by Saint BarthélemyVillas.com of your initial payment (non-refundable deposit).

• • Initial Payment (Non-Refundable Deposit): 30 percent of the total rental amount is due within five days of signing your agreement.
• • Balance Payment: The remaining 70 percent is due no later than sixty-five days before your scheduled arrival.
• • Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made less than sixty-five days prior to arrival, 100 percent of the rental fees must be paid within five days of issue.
• • Access to the villa will be denied if payment is not received in full.

• • Cancellations made seventy-five days or more prior to arrival: 25 percent of the total rental fee is retained; the remainder will be refunded within fourteen business days.
• • Cancellations made less than seventy-five days prior to arrival: All amounts paid are non-refundable.
• • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment due to the non-refundable nature of payments within seventy-five days.

• • Yes, a security deposit is required. We hold a valid credit card on file to cover any potential damage during your stay.
• • Security deposits may vary from villa to villa; please refer to the rental agreement for specifics.
• • Any claims will be resolved and released within thirty days of departure, unless otherwise specified.

• • Standard check-in: 3:00 PM
• • Standard check-out: 12:00 PM
• • Guest numbers must not exceed the agreed limit. Exceeding maximum occupancy is grounds for immediate termination of the agreement without refund.

• • Guests are liable for any damage, injury, or loss during their stay.
• • The villa must be maintained in the condition it was received.

• • Illegal or nuisance activities are strictly prohibited.
• • Pets require prior written authorization.

• • Saint BarthélemyVillas.com acts solely as an agent for the villa owner.
• • The Company is not liable for delays, damages, injuries, or the management of the villa.

• • The Company is not responsible for events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or legal changes.

• • Any villa problems should be reported immediately. Saint BarthélemyVillas.com will make reasonable efforts to resolve them. Complaints after departure cannot be considered.

• • Breaches may result in immediate termination of the Agreement.
• • Modifications must be confirmed in writing.
• • Disputes will first be referred to mediation, then to the courts of Saint Barthélemy if unresolved.
• • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Saint Barthélemy, France.
• • The Agreement is non-transferable and non-assignable.
