Yes. With Saint BarthélemyVillas.com, a private chef and multilingual butler are included at no extra charge. While this is offered as an upgrade with other companies, it remains a standard with us.
Your stay includes our dedicated staff to ensure a seamless experience:
• Housekeeping: Daily service except on Sundays and holidays to maintain villa standards
• Concierge: Available to assist with restaurant reservations, activity bookings, and special requests
• Laundry Facilities: Villas are equipped with washers and dryers for your convenience
Yes. Our concierge can pre-stock the villas with requested groceries, beverages, and premium items. Examples include specialty ingredients, dietary-specific foods, rare or luxury items, and fine wines or spirits. Please provide your shopping list at least 72 hours in advance.
Each villa is unique. Please visit the individual villa pages to see detailed layouts, bedroom categories, en-suite bathrooms, master suites, and terrace arrangements with photos. Our local experts can also provide guidance to help select villas that meet your preferences.
Villas are designed for different types of guests. Some are ideal for families, while others are better suited for groups of friends. Certain layouts—such as mezzanines or separate guest houses—may not be suitable for children. Our local experts can advise on villas suitable for children and families.

St. Barts is a small island, so most beaches, shops, and restaurants are within a 5 to 20-minute drive. Some beaches may be walking distance from certain villas, while others require a short drive. A 4×4 vehicle is recommended to navigate the hilly terrain safely.
Most villas are fully air-conditioned. Some villas with cathedral ceilings or open designs may rely on fans and natural breezes for cooling. Please check individual villa details or contact our experts for specific air-conditioning availability.
Yes. All villas offer high-speed Wi-Fi, suitable for work, streaming, or staying connected with family and friends.
• Initial Payment: 30 percent deposit due within five days of signing the agreement
• Balance Payment: Remaining 70 percent due no later than sixty-five days before arrival
• Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made less than sixty-five days before arrival, full payment is required within five days
To cancel your booking, you must notify Saint BarthélemyVillas.com in writing:
• If notice is received at least seventy-five days prior to arrival, 30 percent of the total rental fee is retained; the remainder is refunded
• If notice is received less than seventy-five days prior to arrival, payments are non-refundable
• Due to the non-refundable nature of payments within seventy-five days, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on villa turnover; please contact our concierge.
While taxis are available, we highly recommend a rental car for convenience. Most villas have private parking for multiple vehicles.
Yes, a security deposit is required. We hold a valid credit card on file to cover any potential damage during your stay.
Events, parties, or gatherings must comply with local regulations and villa rules. Approval is required in advance, and additional fees may apply.
Gratuities are not included. While at your discretion, it is customary to provide 5 to 10 percent of the rental rate, which can be given to the head butler or chef for distribution among the team.
Villas are highly secure. Most include alarm systems, reinforced doors and windows, and benefit from St. Barts’ low crime rate and French regulatory oversight.
Accessibility varies. Some villas may have multiple levels or steps. Contact our local experts for guidance on properties that meet mobility requirements.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas for safety and comfort.
